Our client, a global provider of workforce management solutions that help organisations achieve greater management of their workforce and talent supply chains, is now hiring a Resource Manager in Paris.

The organisation’s award-winning solutions, including its vendor-neutral Managed Services Program, enable procurement and human resources to improve visibility into contingent labour spend and talent pools, effectively manage and optimise contingent workforce program performance, and mitigate risks.

The Resource Manager, based on the client’s site, will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Staffing Managed Service Program and will be the point of contact for Client engaging managers.


Job Profile for Resource Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Work directly with client managers to facilitate staff augmentation needs and all related transactions
  • Engage closely with management to prepare job descriptions and requisitions for all positions
  • Review resumes, conducts phone screens, submit candidates to hiring managers for review
  • Coordinate all interviews with candidates, suppliers and hiring managers
  • Provide feedback to suppliers on candidate during the entire hiring process
  • Be responsible for the on-going training of hiring managers on program and policies, requisition entry, candidates’ review and contractors time approval in the VMS
  • Work closely with Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Security to ensure contractor compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Manage contractor and supplier relations, setting-up new suppliers, coordinating candidate submittals and interviews
  • Be responsible for Bill Rate negotiations, coordination and verification of drug and background checks, all other contractor "on boarding" responsibilities
  • Be in charge of New Supplier & Contractor VMS training
  • Assist with preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly program reports to clients and corporate management
  • Answer supplier questions, monitor supplier and contractor activities


Candidate Profile for Resource Manager

  • Must be fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 2.5 years of technology recruiting background in a corporate recruiting or agency environment
  • Experience with project development and coordination, respecting deadlines and budget, as well as communicating changes and progress effectively
  • Knowledge of VMS systems is preferred
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret complex documents
  • Aptitude to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, mark-ups and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
  • Good balance between  team and individual responsibilities
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, keeping confidentiality, listening to others without interrupting
  • Focus oriented
