Job Profile for Sales Representative
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Sell to new prospects and existing clients (B2B) the newly launched products of one of the biggest worldwide companies in the area of electronics and healthcare
  • Provide a high level of aftersales support to clients at all times
  • Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLA’s and logged appropriately
  • Work effectively as part of a team while developing supportive relationships with colleagues
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
  • Interact with other departments in order to resolve issues
  • Attend all training sessions scheduled individually or for the whole department

 

Candidate Profile for Sales Representative

  • Must be fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business or medical related field
  • 3 years of telesales experience
  • Financial selling skills and the ability to develop and implement sales strategy in transactional sales environment
  • Experience selling into the healthcare space is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced, highly transactional medical sales environment
  • Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills
