Our client, a global leader in genomics – an industry at the intersection of biology and technology, is looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their team in Eindhoven.

The Customer Support Specialist will be taking the lead in driving continuous improvement regarding the customer experience and will be liaising with the sales and internal support functions to deliver best in class service to all customers.

This is a cover for maternity leave. 

 

Job Profile for Customer Support Specialist
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Order entry for the company’s customers in EMEA and/or a specific region
  • Process credit and/or correction invoices
  • Responsible for assigning all incoming emails in the company’s global customer service inbox
  • Taking the lead to drive continuous improvement and safeguard best practice

 

Candidate Profile for Customer Support Specialist

  • Must be fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
  • Graduate (HBO) degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer support activities and responsibilities
  • Familiar with SAP from a business support perspective
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems and to work effectively in a team environment
  • Task oriented with good attention to detail
  • Genuine team player with strong relationship building skills
  • Creative and able to find innovative solutions to complex issues
