Our client, a world-wide active service solution provider in telephony, electronic entertainment and IT, is currently looking for an Inbound Technical Support Agent with excellent customer service skills. The technical support agent answers technical questions, solves issues and handles warranty requests at a high level of customer satisfaction. This support is provided by telephone and email.


Job Profile for Inbound Technical Support Agent
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Inbound calls and mail support
  • Offering excellent service to end users and resellers in relation to products on software, hardware, network related issues, and electronic gadgets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information


Candidate Profile for Inbound Technical Support Agent

  • Must be fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
  • Must have intermediate vocational education (MBO) preferably in IT
  • Recent proven work experience in/or with IT
  • Software related knowledge and aptitude is a plus
  • Interested in IT, and aware of current electronic gadgets
  • Strong typing and PC skills
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Win98Se, ME, Windows, XP, Vista, Mac OS)
  • Experience with hardware installation, BIOS configuration, networking and hard drives and/or other related technical matters are a preference
  • Interested in advancing your technical knowledge
  • Very comfortable with communicating by phone and email
  • Friendly and approachable, with excellent customer care skills and enjoy being part of a team
  • A passion to find the right solution for the customers
  • Eager to learn and a self-starter with the ability to learn new technology
  • Well-organized, accurate, detail-oriented, professional and courteous with high self-motivation
