Blue Lynx screens its candidates on these criteria and undertakes a pre-screening of them prior to proposing them as a potential candidate. Since Blue Lynx works on a 'no cure no pay basis' it invests the time and energy required in the early stages in order to be sure of the advice they provide clients, as well as candidates, at a later stage. With the added information and knowledge gathered at the screening stage Blue Lynx is confident in being able to make the most suitable match possible between vacancy and candidate.

The Recruitment Consultants working at Blue Lynx combine both recruitment and industry expertise and are committed to following up, individually, with all candidates as well as their clients prior to, during and following the recruitment process. When a client receives a recommendation this has been substantiated by Blue Lynx's own pre-screening such that the right candidate is proposed for the job in question.
