Temporary Staffing Solutions (uitzend) temping - bluelynx

Temporary Staffing Solutions are used by clients in order to reduce staff overheads, increase productivity and improve profitability. Using Temporary Staffing Solutions allows the client to cope with fluctuating market demands. The unpredictability of employment solutions has led Blue Lynx to implement a specialised Temporary Staffing Sector where Temporary Staffing Solutions are just a call away.

Blue Lynx Employment is a member of the ABU (the Dutch Association of Temporary Work Agencies).

Why use Temporary Staffing Solutions?

Temporary Staffing solutions enables the client to benefit from a flexible but professional temporary employment solution when hiring staff on either a short term or long term basis.

The client is therefore not burdened with having to carry out the whole recruitment cycle and HR management; which is timely and sometimes not successful.

Blue Lynx carries out these services on behalf of  the client, performing the whole recruitment cycle which includes but is not limited to: advertising, sourcing, qualifying, scheduling and carrying out the interview process, screening and salary negotiations. Furthermore, Blue Lynx is responsible for the temporary workers: employment contract, social insurances, pension (where applicable) sick leave administration, career development etc. etc..

Temporary staff members are employed by Blue Lynx Employment and assigned to clients to perform work under the clients management and supervision. The duration of a temporary position via Blue Lynx is normally between 3 months and 2 years.

Many Clients opt to hire staff on a temporary employment contract via Blue Lynx prior to employing the temporary staff member directly.

Of course we work on a no-cure no-pay basis.
