Blue Lynx is able to report a significant change over the past few months in the employment market. It seems that confidence is back in hiring new staff and that budgets are once again being approved.

Our experience is that it has been a “client market” - that is to say companies who were in a position to hire have had the choice of a huge pool of highly qualified, motivated and experienced potential employees. This seems to be changing with more companies hiring again, resulting in the pool of excellent candidates naturally declining.

On the candidate side there is more choice in vacancies now than any time during the past 18 months. The trend we see is that during the past 3 months candidates are choosing employers who are quick in their employment decision making process and who offer a competitive remuneration package.

So we would like to offer some thoughts on how we can best help you get the candidate you want in this current market!
