Act as the central service centre for the assigned customers based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Operating in tandem with the field representatives in the region.

Meeting the sales, productivity and personal targets set by the team leader.

Assisting front office and or back office colleagues when requested.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Prepare, keep record of and follow up quotations within 24 hours.

Handle and monitor ‘technical requests’ that need attention of other functional departments in the organisation through the ticketing system and ensure that answers will be provided the same day.

Handle, monitor and follow up requests from customers concerning invoices, credit notes and other related issues.

Monitor the complaint handling process and ensure that the complaints are handled within the guidelines of our complaint policy.

Ensure that customer price lists are up to date and available in hard or electronic copy to the customer, field representatives and database.

Handle, keep record, submit and confirm in writing, special price requests to customers within the guidelines set by sales/marketing.

Inform customers timely on product changes, price changes, service policy changes etc. when initiated by the company.

Monitor and inform customers about changes in scheduled delivery dates.

Have daily contact with your tandem field representative and give them a complete update on the daily events.

Report omissions, issues or other aspects that can be seen as ‘blockers’ for effective and efficient execution of your core tasks and responsibilities to your team leader.

Entry of the sample requests.

Implement and execute sales actions and sales campaigns to proactively increase sales.

Responsible for order entry, complaint entry, credit/debit note entry.
