Manage inquiries from distributors and customers and generate quotations from a price list within customer specified time frame.

Provide telephone support and advice to Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) and customers.

Work with engineering department in Limerick to generate special pricing quotations where required.

Using in house database, the ISE will be responsible for cataloguing daily activities, recording customer information and logging competitor activities regarding distribution channels, pricing and general market analysis.

Assist customers and distributors with selection of the appropriate technical solution for a given application.

Provision of support to RSM’s including the provision of regular reports on inside sales activities for their territories.

Prepare discount requests for Management approval when required.

Build data records on Representative sales activities to help monitor Representative performance.

Analyse Letters of Credit for orders, and vetting customer terms and conditions prior to submittal for other departments.

Ad-hoc project and administrative duties as assigned.

Provision of a premium delivery service to customers.

Follow and adhere to ISO 9001-2000 procedures.

Support and monitor all quality audit requirements.

Translation of documentation from Russian to English.

Preparation of documentation to allow customer orders to be shipped from international locations to customers.
