Our client is looking for a Native Dutch Customer Service Employee to join their international team.
Job Profile

Serving as a liaison between customer and various internal departments related to orders, production, inventory, invoicing and shipping issues.

Ensuring seamless coordination in maximizing service and responsiveness to end customers.

Troubleshooting and resolving non-routine customer complaints.

Entering and confirming all orders received into the system.
Candidate Profile

Must be Native Dutch with Fluent English.

Must have experience as a customer service employee or order handling.

Preferably have experience as CSR for Overseas Markets (Turkey/Asia/Australia).

Must be interested in a administrative role.

Must be organised, flexible, service-minded, co-operative, structured, proactive, accurate, able to prioritise with an “hands on” approach.

Team player with ability to work independently.

knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles would be a pre (but not required).

Experienced user of Word, Excel and Notes.
