Contracting - Project Management

Clients who require more than temporary staffing solutions normally require a different form of staffing solution namely Contracting - Project Management service.

Contracting - Project Management via Blue Lynx includes the whole recruitment cycle, HR management as well as the management and supervision of the Contractor or team of Contractors. The later being of paramount importance as the client does not have the responsibility of the management and supervision of the Contractor or the project or part of the project the contractors are assigned to. It is Blue Lynx that is responsible; one of our Project Managers will be assigned to the Contractor to manage their day to day work and performance.

It is important to be fully aware of the "differences" between Contractors hired for project work and temporary staff. The most misunderstood difference is who has the supervision and management responsibilities.  When Contracting - project work is being carried out then the management of staff and the project is the responsibility of Blue Lynx. Whereas a Temporary staff member (ABU) is hired by a Client then the responsibility and management of the Temporary staff member lies with the Client. 

Generally speaking project work is carried out on-site at  the Client; but in some cases project work can  be carried out at our offices in The Hague and Amsterdam.
