Blue Lynx provide temporary staffing solutions to English, bi-lingual and multi-lingual international business professionals. All our work is office based ranging from Administration to Senior Management level. The majority of our roles require a minimum of fluent English and a completed secondary school education, relevant work experience is always an advantage.
 
Many temporary positions develop into a direct contract with our clients. We find that our clients very often hire staff initially as a temporary staff member prior to direct employment.
 
Working as a temporary employee is one of the most popular and most popular forms of employment in the Netherlands. Blue Lynx is a member of the ABU (the Dutch association of temporary work agencies). Blue Lynx complies to all the rules and regulations of the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement and this is monitored and audited by the ABU on a regular basis. We hold a certificate of excellence for our high performance and excellent HR, Finance and Salary Administration.
 
We provide our temporary staff the following: competitive wage, travel costs, paid vacation money, 8% vacation money, pension (after 26 weeks of employment) and training. We are renowned for our professional, honest and fair working ethics.
