The Blue Lynx HR Department is based in our head office in The Hague and offers HR services to both our internal and contracted staff and clients. The HR Department is responsible for the daily HR related administration such as employment contracts, time registration, leave administration, health insurance, pension and payroll. As well, from this department we conduct personnel evaluations, advice on career development, raise awareness on Health and Safety issues and maintain regular contact with our staff to ensure employees are satisfied with their jobs.
We encourage our staff to contact us with any questions or queries they may have during the course of their employment with Blue Lynx. From the moment an employee accepts a position via Blue Lynx, their main point of contact will be the Blue Lynx HR department. The HR Department does its utmost to assist employees in an effective, timely manner and will treat their query with utmost confidentiality
