Contracting - Project Management 

Clients who require more than temporary staffing solutions normally require a different form of staffing solution namely our Contracting - Project Management service.

Contracting - Project Management via Blue Lynx involves the recruitment process and the hiring of a Contractor or a team of Contractors.  Further more,  Blue Lynx  will be responsible for the management (and not the client) of the Contractors performance and the project they are assigned to. 

It is important to be fully aware of the "difference" between Contractors hired for project work and temporary staff. Where Contracting - project work is being carried out then the management of staff and the project is the responsibility of Blue Lynx. Whereas a Temporary staff member (ABU) is hired by a Client then the responsibiltiy and  management of the Temporary staff member lies with the Client. 

Generally speaking project work is carried out on-site at  the Client; but in some cases project work can  be carried out at our offices in The Hague and Amsterdam.
