Established in 1988 The Blue Lynx Group is a privately owned European based group of companies. The founder and Managing Director Tina Evans remains today actively at the helm whereby Blue Lynx currently employs over 30 international and local staff, forming a team of dedicated recruitment professionals striving to deliver recruitment excellence to both our clients and candidates. Our headquarters are located on Statenplein 19, The Hague, and our international office is strategically located in Amsterdam (train station Sloterdijk).

Blue Lynx Employment bv is a Member of the ABU

As a member of the ABU, Blue Lynx Employment observes all the rules of the ABU CAO (Collective Employment Agreement for Temporary Employees). This collective agreement sets down the terms and conditions for both employer and employee including: legal position, remuneration, notice periods, training, etc., and follows the system of phase contracts.

ABU members are periodically audited by an independent institution who monitor members to check that they are operating using the highest business practices and regulate that the highest professional and legal practices are maintained.
